Calf pulled again at 10 minutes up the rail to trail. Had to walk it home. Looks like I'll be easing into this build with some walking and stretching. It's the lower part of the left calf that is very sore. Hurts when I push off but not so much to walk.
Ran an easy 30 mins (~3.2 miles?) this morning to check on the status of the left calf. It was a little sore so I might walk it tomorrow as I did yesterday.
I need to measure out some routes here so I have an idea of the mileage.
