Splinter Spouse
The run was salvaged by the quick surgical intervention of my wife in getting a splinter out of my foot.
Had to the cut the run short due to the operation but I still got in 30 minutes. Felt ok.
Ran an hour yesterday.

Congrats on continuing the prep march.
Splinter in your foot, eh? Your downtime didn't result in you being a barefoot runner, did it? Then again, I recall seeing pictures of your old running shoes with approximately 423,334,342 miles on them, so that was probably equivalent to barefoot running. Welcome back! Come jog a 3:39:59 with me at MDI as a warmup before hitting Cape Cod!
As Trever, I assumed you were barefooting, well either that or you ran in clogs ;) Welcome back.
No, no barefoot running for me. Got the splinter on my wood floor!
That’s looks so nice your posting.
Everything looks good in your posting.
That will be necessary for all. Thanks for your posting.
