Ack!
Calf pulled again at 10 minutes up the rail to trail. Had to walk it home. Looks like I'll be easing into this build with some walking and stretching. It's the lower part of the left calf that is very sore. Hurts when I push off but not so much to walk.

Sheesh, that's tough to take. Hang in there!
Perhaps you're just getting the injuries out of the way early. Good luck with the build!
I've been there before. Nothing doing but to ease back into it slowly.
