Doubled to make 105 then ran an easy 90
Two days... yesterday I split the scheduled hour and 45 minutes into two: 45 minutes in the morning and an hour in the evening. Total: 12.6. The first run was on an unmeasured course with a little trail in there. So I estimated 5 miles. The second run turned in 7.6 @ 7:56 pace.
Today the heat had me feeling very sluggish from the start. Managed 10.6 before the clock ran out at 8:33 pace.

Hey Andrew just wondering if your calf problem is like mine which is really the soleus muscle in the calf. I use the triggerpoint massager everyday on it and I have no problems. Might be worth a try.
