10 miles 10 bucks

A literal pick-me-up at mile 1 this morning on my 10 mile run.

Ran relaxed. Roads a little slippery but nothing drastic. 1:22:20. Looking forward to the upcoming training.

Merry Christmas

A little running but not much these days. But it won't be long.

Birthday coming on Monday. Another year.

Thinking about Sugarloaf in May. Marc will be running this one.

Winter training camp will be here soon up in Strong, ME. Four full months of training should be sufficient.

Playing lots of ham radio with my free time.

Winter is here. Snow came on Sunday and snow and ice and wind will be here tomorrow night.

Early 3

Have to work early today so the three miles were early. Clear skies, 30F. Felt good. Had a little break there after Thanksgiving. The driving wore me out I think. And here's a photo of my girls on Thanksgiving:
