Recovery Day!
Love these days… 1 hour on the schedule at a slow jog. Eric was all for this one and he joined the fun.
Purpose of the run was to get some blood flow and gently massage the muscles. It felt good to take it easy and let things heal. Plus I got to sleep in.
Got in 6.4 miles @ 9:44 pace.

I like the compassionate pace of todays workout. I take back all those bad things I said yesterday..but I might have some more words for Tuesdays workout.
6:03/km! Even I could run with you on that one ;) If I ever do, must get you to do a killer hill session the day before.
Ok, Ok! I'll allow that to count as a rest/recovery run.
