Feeling better
I think yesterday's ugly run had a lot to do with surface of the road and some lingering tension from my drive home in the blizzard.
Today with a lot of pre-run stretching, a couple of ibuprofen, and clear, dry roads I was able to feel pretty good.
15 miles @ 7:30 pace. 145 HR.

Since I'm a novice, I thought I'd ask here. I have my first 5K in 20years on Sunday. I have a sore throat, etc., and the beginnings of a cold.
Run through it? I am achy, but have been training for 9 weeks, and am really looking forward to it.
This ever happen to you?
I should say you are feeling better.
Train wreck? What train wreck?
Not so shabby at all. Be careful driving in the snow on Friday and have a great training camp!
Thanks for your help! I ran on 12 lozenges and soup, and feel just fine.
I appreciate the encouragement!
