Maybe I'm stuck at 128
Mondays are difficult because I have to go to work early which really cuts down on the amount of time I can kick around the house before the run. Sort of a "roll out of bed and onto the road" morning.
Subsequently I felt a little sluggish out there and I could definitely feel my right leg from yesterday's slip & slide. I finally felt a little better in the last two miles.

Maybe the hr monitor was frozen in place? I'm still amazed that you can do this after Sunday's run. WTG!
