Easy but not too easy
I felt pretty good today after a nice long sleep and an easy morning lazing about. Weather is warm so I wore shorts.

I guess I would have lost money if i was a betting man. Not slow and easy at all. At least you're softened up for the Sunday run.
It's always nice to have "shorts" weather during the winter months. The weather here has been awesome lately as well and many of the racers today wore shorts.
