Now that was a good run
A great day this morning!
Got the leg rubbed out last night so it was good to go. The temps were warm, the sky full of stars and some sort of serious meteor event was streaking up the sky.
I was in a good mood as I rolled effortlessly along the dry pavement. Everybody was in a good mood. Cars were beeping and even the police flashed the blues.
13 miles @ 7:21 pace. 142 HR. That's alright.
