Ran a good tempo with a nice tailwind on the way out. Possibly too hard. At 6 miles, the storm roared ashore with 30 mph winds and bands of driving snow.

Stumbled across your blog recently and have been following your training journal for a bit. Some impressive mileage you're putting in there.
Are you training for any race at the moment or just building up a base and then looking for a race?
You got a nice run in today considering the conditions - I always find that on miserable days you end up doing them faster than you want just to get back home quicker!
