Legs ok, HR high

The legs responded this morning without complaining.  I was quite pleased.  16 miles at an easy gait 2:08:42.  8:03 pace.  150 HR (not pleased).

Is there a rational reason why the splits are so uneven?

Yes - course comprises 3 loops so the uphill sections repeat themselves 3 times. Each loop is *generally* run slightly faster as I warm up.
