Scheduled workout: 10 miles medium paced progression run. Target paces: 7:27 - 6:20 [85% to 100% MP]. Purpose: Aerobic Resistance.

Take care of yourself following these efforts. I've been paying special attention to this kind of stuff and it's been working out well. It's easy to fall into the trap of feeling good and neglecting 'regular maintenance'.

Good work but don't drink too many Guinness while recovering! Recovery is important too.
