7 in the dark
I'm about to go to work and it's still pitch black out there. And it was pitch black on my run this morning too. Saw a shooting star and heard lots of unidentified rustlings. Couldn't see a thing.
7 miles @ 7:40 pace. Felt ok.

It's good to see that your back on on the streets again. It's true,all of your running is done in darkness. At least I finish when the sun is just coming up.
We leave at 5am, and it's dark until 6:30 now. Must be even darker where you are.
I think I need to try one of these dark morning runs, I rather enjoy them at night, but it makes falling asleep rather difficult.
Nice to see you getting the runs in once again.
