Back to the beginning

Well things didn't turn out for me as I hoped. And so it is quite evident I'm back to the beginning. PEI is out for me.

Five miles this morning was very enjoyable. Got the blood flowing and it was nice just be on the road. Pace was around 8:06 per mile. Going to try to rebuild after this horrific slide. I'll have to think about a Spring marathon.

Week total was about 13 miles.

Andrew, very sorry to hear this. What happened exactly, were you sick and this all knocked you back? Regardless, hope you get back in the saddle soon.

PS, can you reach the repeater in Topsfield on 2M? It's linked in to a repeater near me.

ACK!!

This could not have been a very easy decision, but perhaps a wise one.

Sugarloaf? Boston? Holyoke?

That's too bad, but not entirely unexpected. You training hasn't exactly been consistent recently.

I hope you manage to get back soon.

PEI? I've been watching your blog and training, but maybe I missed what that stands for.

Hang in there. I'm sorry to hear about this.

You still rock.
