Adventures of a Downeast Maine runner.
A 2 mile warm-up followed by a 75 minute up-tempo run (pace ~ 6:55 or so). Felt pretty good but I’m a little sore now. Achilles feels fine –no symptoms.
12+ miles including warm-up.
