Flare Up

After 5 miles the run went downhill. Foot in a bucket of ice water followed the run.

10 miles @ 8:53 pace.

I hear you about the nasty Achilles! Mine still flares up and requires daily massage with the old Trigger Point to keep me running. Lots of ice and rest.
