Short

Got the massage last night. Will bump this to weekly instead of bi-weekly to keep ahead of the leg issue. Ice and ibuprofen in the mix too.

Shortening things up to freshen up. Reading a book now that uses the term 'overreaching' defined as the precursor to over-training. Think it fits.

7 miles @ 7:19 pace. 148 HR. Too fast/too hard.

Try again tomorrow.
