The cold dark winter is approaching
Very pleased I got out again today. Trying to get mentally prepared for 4 months.
7 miles @ 8:48 pace. Felt fine. Roads were dry, the air mild.

Nice to have you back out on the streets in the early morning hours. I got out late the past couple of mornings.
It's dark here at 4:45. What is your time frame? Maybe this winter you can run at lunchtime?
...because I have no sense of winter on the east coast, and north.
It certainly got alot colder later on in the day. Nice work getting out.
