Huh?
What started out to be a bad run turned into something ok. High winds, driving rain and a rather tired morning still gave me 10 miles @ 7:15 pace 151 HR. I'll take it.

Do you think you could carry on a conversation in this morning's run?
I'll share but whether I could hold a conversation... well, I probably could have but not a good one. Some times I recite the pledge of allegiance to see if I'm running too hard. I didn't this morning though. Too much rain and wind.
