Sunday long
I hope Salkowski forgets to read this today...
A nice 21 mile run with Mike today. Beautiful sunshine but the temps were shockingly chilly. Couldn't take the mittens off - too cold. We took it easy.

Hey, someone needs to offer words of caution around here! Glad you enjoyed the run, I just don't want to read about you feeling beaten down again towards the end of the week. I honestly want you to prove me wrong here by feeling good tomorrow and the next day.
Mike's right, of course, but he probably didn't take into account that you always behave like that when you're coming back, as can be seen here (quote: "Runner is shocking the system with large swings in mileage. Diagnosis: Runner is psychotic.")
maybe, I'll spare you my comments of 'train wreck heading for a disaster" this time around
will the new Andrew be running to differnet beat this time around?
You guys are great! You know I don't feel right unless I have a lot of people shaking their heads at me!
Thomas, where'd you find that quote?? Some crazy runner probably wrote that.
At the very least, this type of running gives me something to talk about... (although some would say I never seem to have a problem with that).
You didn't even mention the 'scratchy' throat thing, now did ya? I spent the rest of the day in a horizontal position. Think that I'm near to the end of my rope...
