Another nice run
Easy again @ 8:22 pace. 90 minutes brought me 10.94 miles under clear skies with a slight north wind that chilled things down when heading in that direction.
The bay sparkled as the sun rose and I felt pretty good. The right leg is a little sore now as I sit here, but not while I'm running. Of course, it would probably talk a lot more if I ran faster.
It looks like I'm just going to have to run through it.

Your spirits are sounding good. Hopefully the leg resolves itself soon.
Glad to hear you're not dead and still running. Hope the leg is just a mere chink that'll smooth out with some work.
