Adventures of a Downeast Maine runner.
Goodbye light. Daylight savings means something different to those of us out early.
10 miles easy. Felt good. ~7:49 pace.

You're very early with that in Maine. We still have three weeks on winter time here before the clocks change, which should avoid the worst of that problem.Nice running, btw.
We were out at 4:45, and it was dark until 7. We changed this weekend too.Pretty moon, though.
thanks for the advice. I think I am going to do that. Sorry about the light I am a night runner so this really helps me. Hey what is your next race goal ?
Planning on a May marathon.
Which one? In Maine or Vt?
I was planning on Rhode Island, then Maine or maybe New Brunswick. But now I'm just not sure. The other day I was looking at Nova Scotia... We shall see. My weight is not where I'd like it to be.
