Hill Work Wednesday

60 minute workout this morning: 10x hill plus warmup / cooldown.  5.8 miles total.

Out of curiosity (and because I'm doing hill workout myself these weeks): how do you do hill workouts? e.g. how fast, how long, any special techniques ...
