The Beasts of Boyden

Long run this morning with Mike had some excitement as we were charged by dogs. We survived the encounter and got 12 miles in as a test for Mike's calf which seems to be mending nicely. Now if only Marc's would do the same we'd be in fine shape.

Glad to hear you guys survived both the dogs and the 12 miles.

I have to figure out how to do meaningful videos in the pitch dark nights I run in.
