Cold Three
-7 degrees with the windchill. Almost took me as long to dress for it as it did to run it. Times on these days are slower as I start my watch inside the house before I layer over it and put on the mittens.

Here (Ireland) it is about 8 degrees centigrade (over 40F) so it's almost too hot for a long sleeve top. Tights are out of the question at the moment it's so mild.

Time to let the beard grow out.
I've also found that not trimming ear hair keeps the buggers warm.
