Adventures of a Downeast Maine runner.
Twelve laps around a long forgotten empty space now occupied by the Bangor Mall. Even Bangor sleeps at 4am. No cars, no people. Each successive lap got faster as I woke up myself.
12.6 miles @ 8:37 pace.
