Recovery run
Needed a recovery outing today. Just ran 2 miles on very slippery roads. I got early enough for a longer run but with one thing or another I was just feeling a little sluggish. Then when the road turned out to be super slippery I decided that all was pointing to a recovery. Fair enough.

Good training Andy. It's nice to see you hitting your stride once again. I'm impressed how when it comes time you turn the switch and put in impressive training.
