The calf seems to have rounded the bend and is full on for recovery. This week I was able to run M-W-F 45 minutes each. Then today I went out with Mike and Jon for a Saturday 12 miler. Easy paces and good conversation. Blondies and coffee for a treat at the end.
Monday I got in 5.9 miles, Wednesday was 5.75, and Friday was around 5.8.
Next week a little more of the same except I'll but the time to an hour.
